  2. No working on vehicles. No abandoned or inoperable vehicles allowed. No extremely loud vehicles allowed. NO WASHING OF VEHICLES ALLOWED.
  3. Patio furniture and plants are not allowed on the front porch due to the fire code. You may put chairs, grills and bikes on back patio.
  4. All of residents’ possessions should be kept on back patios or in the storage room NOT the yard. The owner and landscapers will not be held responsible for items left in the yard and damaged or stolen.
  5. ABSOLUTELY NO “Hanging Out” or “Partying” allowed. This is a quiet family community and will be treated as such. No offensive or noxious activity will be allowed. No playing loud music either in your apartment OR in your vehicle. No spinning of tires or driving recklessly. Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests.
  6. The dumpster is provided for daily garbage only. NO furniture or large articles are to be put in the dumpster. Dumpsters are for residents only.
  7. Residents must keep the community nice and inviting. This is the only way we can obtain good neighbors for you.
  8. We ride the property periodically to check for structural problems as well as making sure these rules are followed. We want you to be proud of your new “home” and need your cooperation in keeping it nice and neat.
  9. Do not use “Mop and Glow” on your floors. It will cause them to turn yellow. Call the office and we will tell you what to use. Please do not call us to replace light bulbs or plunge the toilet. These are things that you can take care of. If the toilet backs up and you have tried to fix it but cannot, then give us a call.
  10. PLEASE do not call the emergency number if it is not a true emergency. Instead, wait until the next morning and call the office.
These rules and regulations are part of your lease and subject to change.
